Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership & Roadmap Lead as the product owner for our suite of Connected Tool mobile cloud-based applications. Collaborate with customers and the Product Manager to identify use cases, shape the product roadmap, coordinate feature updates, manage third-party providers, and implement subscription-based monetization features.
- Implementation & Integration Deploy and customize our connected tools architecture to meet customer-specific requirements. Work with clients to design system solutions compatible with their infrastructure. Define SDK and API requirements for seamless integration into customer networks.
- Systems Testing Conduct end-to-end, systems-level testing of Connected Tools at customer sites.
- Communication & Coordination Serve as the technical liaison between stakeholders — including the Chief Product Architect, Product Manager, app developers, firmware engineers, and others — ensuring successful product deployment.
- Technical Partnerships Act as the technical interface with key partners to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology.
- Strong ability to lead technical discussions with partners and customers.
- Experience in mobile app development.
- Basic project management skills.
- Knowledge of SDKs and APIs.
- Systems engineering expertise, particularly in wireless networks (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth), IoT products or embedded controllers, and cloud-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering or technology.
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in Windows, Android, and/or iOS.
- Experience with camera or camera-based products.
- IT knowledge, including firewall configuration and security protocols.
- Ability to define interfaces between embedded controllers and cloud/web applications.
- Cybersecurity expertise.
Additional Information
- Frequent domestic and international travel required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
